Introduction and Overview

Thank you for selecting  Pro Data Hub. We provide services including bookkeeping, tax planning, financial planning, accounting, data service and cloud hosting. By using our Services, you enter into a binding contract with us. You should read the agreement carefully. Bolded sections contain important legal rights.

Agreement to These Terms

  • You agree to our Privacy Policy.
  • You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts.
  • You are not on any restricted list by the US or other jurisdictions.
  • You allow us to access your credit and personal information per the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Payment & Cancellations

You own your content but grant us a license to use it for service improvement. We may use de-identified data for analytics and marketing.

Prohibited Uses

  • No illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
  • Do not reverse-engineer or misuse the Services.
  • We may monitor and remove inappropriate content or terminate accounts.

Community Forums & Feedback

Respect others when using forums. Feedback you provide may be used without compensation.

Chatbots

Chatbots may assist you, but their outputs can be limited or imperfect.

Termination

You or we can terminate the Services at any time. Upon termination, your access ends and any dues must be paid.

Our Communications

We may contact you for service-related messages, including MFA security codes.

Third Party Account Information

We are not liable for inaccuracies in third-party account information you authorize us to access.

Disclaimers

We provide the Services "as-is" with no guarantees unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months or $100, whichever is greater. No liability for indirect or incidental damages.

Indemnity Obligations

You agree to indemnify us for any issues resulting from your misuse of the Services.

Disputes

Disputes will be resolved via arbitration or small claims court. Class actions are not permitted.

General Terms (Miscellaneous)

  • The laws of New Jersey govern this Agreement.
  • You cannot transfer this agreement without our consent.
  • If any part of this Agreement is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
